Black-Headed Gull

These Black-Headed Gulls were photographed in Stratford-Upon-Avon on the River Avon close to the Royal Shakespeare theater. They are showing their adult winter plumage where their hood, which is actually brown not black is absent. As you can see from the state of the rocks, this is a regular resting place.
